>> Andrew Phillips. I'm an account executive on the Campaigns and Advocacy Team for LinkedIn here in Washington, D.C. And what we do is we help companies accomplish a couple different goals. So we have three business lines and they're situated to help companies do three things: either hire more efficiently, market more efficiently, or sell more efficiently. I specifically work on the marketing solutions division, so I'm helping trade groups, campaigns, and different entities within D.C. that are seeking to advocate, to reach the audiences both within D.C. and outside D.C. that they're looking to reach. So as an example, we might work with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce who's trying to reach small business owners. We might work with a particular campaign who's looking to reach inhabitants or business people within a particular state. So, using that data on 128 million business professionals in the U.S., we can then decipher that into, you know, whatever's going to be effective for that particular client. In today's connected age, it's, you know, not only important for individuals to maintain that professional profile and be aware of what they're putting out onto the internet, but it's also extremely important for companies to care about things like talent branding, and care about things that are going to attract talent in this highly competitive network where everybody's gunning for, oftentimes, a lot of the same talent. So in order to do that, we help our members, excuse me, we help our clients reach our members more effectively by deciphering what skills they're looking for, deciphering how much experience somebody might need, helping them comb through those 128 million people to find the right set of five or ten candidates that are in the right place, that have the right experience, have the right background, have the right qualifications. And doing that helps them save time, money, and just run their companies more efficiently.
