>> So my name is Bjorn Commers, I'm currently an account manager at Google in our San Francisco office. So I'm an account manager specifically on our Adwords team. And so basically what I do is I have two or three main clients and I work with them to make sure that they're doing their Adwords correctly, that they're seeing a value from it. And then also sort of helping them understand how they can continue to grow their business with Google's products. So Adwords are the ads on Google.com, so if you go and search for running shoes or something like that, you'll see ads in addition to the organic links. And so the Adwords platform is what serves those ads onto the Google.com search results page. And so obviously my advertiser is specifically on the website services vertical and so they're obviously very interesting in people who are online a lot and are searching for things like website builder and so we work with them to make sure that they're within the AdWords platform, that they're optimized as best they can be, that if they are new things coming out, Google is always innovating on their products obviously including ads, not just self-driving cars. And so when new things get rolled out I work with advertisers to make sure that they're taking advantage of it and that they're like first on the ball on a lot of these situations.
